Strong Background of British Thai

Founded in 1972, British Thai Synthetic Textile Co. Ltd. brings to the market more than 30 years experience of manufacturing light knitwear for export at its two factories located just outside of Bangkok.

The factories are equipped with a completely integrated vertical set-up of reliable machinery in garment production, including circular knitting, flat knitting, piece dyeing, embroidery, laundry, packing and garment making. This set-up is enhanced by the most up-to-date sewing software to aid the planning and production process, plus top-of-the-line knitting and embroidery machinery for making garments exactly to customer specifications.

International Reputation for Quality

Our international client list is the best reference to the quality of our knitwear products. At British Thai we have instituted an extensive system of quality control checks at each stage of production, and introduced a highly efficient management system to ensure ease of production that has been recognized with the award of the ISO 9001: 2000 certificate from United Registrar of Systems Ltd. On successfully complying with the regulations of the Thai Ministry of Labour, we have achieved the Thai Labour Standard 8011-2546 certificate. Most recently, British Thai have also been awarded with the best relationship between management and labour union 2004 by the Ministry of Labour, currently one in seventeen factories nationwide that have achieved this.
